Courses cover a wide variety of topics, including an overview of diabetes and diabetic-related eye diseases, nutrition, as well as co-morbidities. See a list of courses. In addition to on-demand courses, live-virtual education is offered several times a year. Many of these courses provide complimentary COPE-accredited continuing education (CE) credits.

The ADA badge is displayed on VSP Find a Doctor Directory on vsp.com. It indicates that the location has completed diabetes-related courses offered through UUniversity and is committed to supporting patients’ overall health, as well as their vision. Courses are developed by clinical experts and reviewed by the ADA.
